Wind Mill / Wind Turbine Programs - NEPC 225KW
Hello friends, In this tutorial we are going to learn about windmill or wind turbine controller programs , particularly in this article explain about NEPC 225-KW machine's 2000 system wind turbine controller. All programs are stored in mm-(0-0) Board in system.
if you have any problem in program check the program and correct it again same problem repeat check the mm(0-0) board.
How to use Programs:
The controller have a display with program button. Using this display you can modify and check the parameters and set points, and also max and peak values.
Steps to enter into the program:
Step-1: You need to press program button
Step-2: Then, that ask password you want to enter the 8 digits password by pressing number buttons
Step-3: After entering the password you press again the program button
Now you are entered into the program, now you can access the parameters
passwords to view or modify the programs
Some important program uses and their passwords:
max and peak value checking and modify program
Password : 00009999
Use : This password used to check the maximum generator rpm and maximum kilowatts read by controller
Parameter Program
Password : 55547890
Use : This program is special and important one. Because, all parameters are set using this particular program. For example maximum wind speed, minimum wind speed, maximum rotor rpm, maximum generator rpm, maximum power, cut-in and cut-out time, etc,..
Ram refresh program
Password : 12121200 (or)
Password : 12121211
Use : This program is used to refresh the ram in the mm-(0-0) board
after refresh the ram all parameters are changed to default value so you must check parameter program after the ram refresh program
Re Program
Password : 230966314
Motoring
Password : 22112211
Use : This program is used to run Motoring for testing purpose before run motoring you must set the Ampere and select generation mode
R-S-T 120
Password : 98762400 (or)
Password : 56788765
Use : In parameter program you found the R-S-T value but normally it can't changed you need to use this password before parameter program password for changing this particular parameter value only.
Wind Speed
Password : 01010187 (or)
Password : 94102401
Use : This program is used to set the wind speed formula N={Hz+8,5}11,3.2,0
when your wind speed reads abnormally you need to check this formula before anemometer check.
